Leadbelly
A downloadable game for Windows
This is a demo build covering Level 1 (the PowderKeg faction)
You're a brain in a jar, wired into a war tank, and someone is going to pay.
Leadbelly is a hand-drawn roguelike deckbuilder about tank combat and brain harvesting. Build a deck and fight your way through four rival factions. PowderKeg, BlackEmber, StormFront and CopperLung, each with their own elemental identity.
Enemies don't just die. Damaged units drop into an emergency state with their neural unit exposed, and harvesting it powers your meta-progression — so every fight becomes a question of what you kill fast and what you keep alive long enough to harvest.
Every drawing, animation and card in the game was made by one person.
